I seem to get new symptoms all the time,Its like I quit worrying about 1 and its replaced but a new one! >:(

Same here!

I used to feel the urge to...ummm....go to the bathroom a lot, but that stopped happening and was replaced by a heavy pressure and tingling sensation in my chest/breasts...then that stopped happening and now I feel pressure and tingling sensations in my head, which makes me feel like I'm on drugs or something. :(

The dr/dp you get when you cant sleep for a day or two... Severe detached from the world.
With that being said insomnia is close 2nd.
Then extreme dizziness, back pain, and neck pain.
These are just the symptoms that get to me the most

Hello everyone, it's my first post. :D

My weirdest symptom is deja vu. During an attack I feel like I already know this moment (not just from other panic attacks though), and like there's this particular feeling that seems like the essence of my own existence that I've known for my whole life but forgotten during my normal conscious states. And it is a really scary feeling. It feels like a realization coming back to me and then I start to feel something like "This is it, I know this moment, this is the moment where I die, that's what this feeling means..."

It makes me feel like I'm going to vomit but that's only happened once.

Does anyone else understand this?
