HA module- A self help workbook for HA
« on: August 06, 2012, 12:18:19 PM »
This link was shared by a poster, HereIGoAgain.  The post accidentally got deleted.  So, I'm posting it as  a sticky for all to have access to, whenever they need it.

This is a Workbook, that will help you understand HA and what it means in you.  It gives awesome exercises and tools to use, to help you work through it and combat HA.

I suggest you print it, put it in a binder and work through the modules in the order they are given.

If you do this and have success, please come back and share you story with us!

This is a TREMENDOUS resource! I don't know how I missed this Topic / Sticky until today:)

If we are struggling, then there is little viable reason for us not to try to use this workbook as part of our self-help work.

We have to be honest in our own assessment of what we are doing to help ourselves learn how to better live alongside our mental health challenges. Amped up anxiety can make us feel as though we are helpless and hopeless, sometimes. This is NOT the case, overwhelmingly. Don't just peruse over the info and questions and tasks in this workbook. Use it....embrace it...know it can help:)

Peace and Feel Well:)
