I used to be quite a big admirer of music by the Irish singer Enya back in the 90's... its quite calming. :winking0008: I still believe her 90's music to be her best and most imaginative. Caribbean Blue is a nice example.

I'm not sure if anyone on here is a Christian, but there are a lot of songs I've found recently that I have adopted as my "power songs."

Josh Wilson - "Carry Me" (He actually struggles with anxiety disorder and this song is specifically about it.)
Mandisa - "Overcomer"
Francesca Battistelli - "Strangely Dim"

Other non-Christian songs I like are:
Danny Gokey "My Best Days (Are Ahead of Me)"
Imagine Dragons "On Top Of the World" & "Underdog"
Jack's Mannequin "Dark Blue"
John Mayer "New Deep" "Walt Grace's Submarine Test, January 1967"
Tom Petty - Free Fallin'
And tons of other that I can't think of at the moment.

Pretty much any song with an upbeat, "happy" feel to it that makes me feel a lot more present in the moment!

Ghost Hunters Grant Wilson has publish an album of just piano music. When I'm not on stimulation overload, these songs help.

"Eyes of the World" by Grateful Dead. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vCy9k_RWlvA

This song is super chilled-out. It is lounge-y and relaxed and a great representation of Grateful Dead's laid-back mode. Some of their songs are trippy, some sad, some ballads, but not this one. This one is pure relaxation and light jamming.

The album version is the one I've posted here. It's great but there are many good live versions (mostly in the 70s) that you can find online. I hope you enjoy and experience a little of what the Dead were about.

Sometimes we live no particular way but our own,
Sometimes we visit your country and live in your home,
Sometimes we ride on your horses,
Sometimes we walk alone,
Sometimes the songs that we hear are just songs of our own.
