swimming feeling in head

my head feels all swimmy is the only way to describe it
went a bit dizzy y'day which set it off and now im waiting for another dizzy spell and can feel every sensation in my head
feels like it could flop back if i just let go i dont like it feel very strange dont feel unwell although i am giving myself palps worrying about it and i can feel my pulse in my neck quite well

any advice ive got an big night tonight and dont want to feel funny!

Allergy and sinus issues can cause weird feeling in your head such as dizziness, pressure and
fatigue. You could see an ENT physician and tell him/her your symptoms.
