lymphoma help please

hi, I have been to 4 doctors including a haematologist (expert on blood diseases) , i have had 2 blood tests including a complete blood count which were perfectly normal, i have no symptoms of lymphoma and none of the doctors are concerned at all. I there anyway I could still have lymphoma?
