sticky lips dry mouth
« on: November 12, 2008, 02:15:27 PM »
I have dry eyes - and have had them for many years - about 2 months ago my lips started sticking - very gluey - I started drinking lots of water - using biotine products - went to ENT for blood test for Sjorgrens - negative - had a lip biopsy - inconclusive -

I have no other symptoms - but I do obsess over things and am thinking it is totally stress related

Anyone else share how they managed let me know - I exercise, eat right, meditate

Dry mouth is typical of anxiety.

Also, with the eyes, remind yourself to blink when you are on the internet.  This forum is OK, but stop looking up symptoms.

Definitely a sign of anxiety. Like  most of the things we think about, the more you thought about it the worse your lips became.

Just read an article about how lip balms and lip glosses are addicting with rebounding effects.  Do you use those?  I have gone cold turkey and only use vaseline now.  It was tough putting down the tube, especially this time of year here in the frozen tundra but they already feel better.
