twitching/throbbing/spasming in head
« on: November 06, 2013, 09:30:28 AM »
Quick question for everyone - does anyone else experience a painless twitching/throbbing/spasming in their head? More specifically, in the location above and around the eye, a little in the temple, and above and around the ear? Currently, it's just on the right side, but it has gone back and forth between left and right, and occasionally on both sides at once. Again, it's not painful, or nauseating (except for the nausea brought on by fear of what it could be), but it is very annoying. Please help if you have had this experience, or if you know what causes it and how to make it stop! Thanks so much & have a great day.

Yes this happens to me especially when very stressed, anxious or lacking sleep. Usually doing something to calm down like going for a walk or lying down and napping helps, as well as drinking more water and less caffeine. Hope that helps!
