Falling asleep feeling in body parts, and head
« on: February 06, 2011, 10:57:29 AM »
You know how your arm falls asleep, or ur leg, etc. Well last night I guess I fell asleep leaning on my head for about an hour. I woke up and my scalp/head was numb and tingle like fall asleep feeling, on left side of head. Then went away after bangin and rubbing it. Anyone else?

muscle tension can do this :) when my neck gets tensed up i get numb/tingly spots on parts of my head and face. if it began from waking up i shouldnt worry, just from the way you was laying i presume

My step brother said I fell asleep with my head arched sideways on the arm of the couch, and I woke up after nearly an hour, left top back of head all tingling numb like the arm faling asleep feeling. That related to all my dizziness I've been having? I've had it before a few times in the past. Just like any other body part falling asleep? I'm nervous. Please has someone gotten it? Lasted like 20 seconds I rubbed it and it went away.
