I been some anxious for the past 3 weeks, just moderate anxiety I would say since I could go to work and drive. Some of the symptoms were heart palpitations, shortness of breath, sweaty hands anyway... I am blaming the vitamins that I was taken to try to help my nervous system I thought, but after that I start feeling little by little too anxious, do you think those vitamins are the ones to blaime?
I am having a "lucid" (anxiety free) moment and it feels great. can wait for those days to come by.
