Roughness in mouth
« on: January 07, 2009, 11:16:41 PM »
I noticed a wierd set of scratches/sores/scrapes/whatever on either side of the inside of my cheeks. They're inbetween the top and bottom rows of teeth. I'm not sure what they are, and it's concerning me.

I don't think I am exactly sure where you are referring to.  However, if you have the same thing on both sides, it is probably just normal for your mouth.  One good way to check things like that is to see what the other side feels like - if they are the same, then 99% of the time, it is just normal for you.

I have those.  For me, it's because I bite my cheeks in my sleep.  Sometimes I'll catch myself doing it during the day as well.  Maybe you're doing the same, especially since it's between where your teeth are.
