Somewhere in this forum I read someone's suggestion for hypnotherapy as it had helped them.  Thanks to this suggestion I decided to try it (nothing else was helping me).  I could not afford a hypnotherapist, so I looked online and found one's you could download off the net and just listen before bed.  I purchased mine from hypnoshop.com.  These hypno sessions are helping me a lot!
