Panic Attacks are so the common theme with sufferers.

They can be far and few in between.

The Only Time to be concerned is if they become so common as to interfer with your leading a normal life.

If so Go Directly To Therapy do not pass go!

There are so many methods and means to deal with them.

Hope all goes well.

Ditto to what tigerpaw, highlighted.

I would just like to recommend these tips:

~Try putting on some soft music before going to bed.  (Turn out the lights, and focus all of your attention on the music.)

~Try progressive muscle relaxation.  Meaning start at your toes, scrunch those up, release, and repeat for each continuous muscle, slowing working your way, up the body.  Focus only on one muscle group at a time.  By the time you get to your neck, you should feel more at ease.

~Eliminate all coffee and soda from your diet.  This will also lessen the acid reflux.

Take care,
