Fact or ellusions

I am a doctor from the middle east , started suffering from obsessive c. neurosis after failure in an exam followed later by depression and anxiety.I visited many psychiatrists with different prescriptions with no effect[ except with benzodiazepins for a short course for fear of dependence].Now i am starting to wonder if these doctors who gain a lot of money do not say the truth and thier researches are fake.
