Seeking guidance and understanding

Hello everybody!
I'm a 21 year old female and i have anxiety every day. It's basically my irrational fears that overcome and overpower me. I feel very tired and I need help, to know I can get better.

Have you had a chance to see a doctor yet?  Have you been officially diagnosed with anything?

Wow, thank you for the information. I crossed every single square in the Panic disorder self test.

I'm going to start therapy today, with a doctor who specializes in Anxiety. I have not been diagnosed by a doctor, but I've read so much about this and every time it makes more sense. I get scared all the time, specially when eating or drinking anything. I always imagine that someone has drugged my food and after I eat I always feel like something terrible is about to happen. The feeling lingers and then I feel that I will loose all contro of my body and that my legs will give in, and I will slip away in to a place where I can't communicate, and there I will be crazy.
I'm completely aware that my fears are irrational, but I've basically cut my eating and drinking during the day in less than half, and I just cannot bring myself to eat or drink anything that I don't know where it came from  .ç

Nothing makes me happier than seeing someone get healthy and get some relief from this terrible anxiety disorder.
