Tingling all morning

The top of my right eyebrow has been tingling all mornin I did not google (thankgod) but I decide to see if anybody has had this issue before ... Need help it's very irritating I'm a school teacher an had to take a bathroom break to to right in this forum smh help me please

not anything to get worried over.  it is just a nerve getting nervy.  it is not from some scary neuro disease.

go back to your classroom.  your next bathroom break should be for bathrooming not posting here    :winking0008:

MOST anxiety occurs on a subconscious level.  JUST because you don't feel consciously anxious or had a day or two of calm doesn't mean your mind & body are relaxed.  It can take months of reduced anxiety before a body goes back to a more non-reactive state

You are fine.  It's a nerve that's irritated for some reason.  Taking a B complex supplement can help.  It's usually from STRESS.
