feeling full quickly and lose of appetite
« on: August 30, 2014, 10:10:20 PM »
There is alot going on in my life right now. Lately I haven't been able to eat much I rarely feel hungry. I do eat but when I do...i get full very fast. Is this something that is anxiety induced ? I've always been an eater. So this is alarming to me. I start to panic when I realized a chicken sandwich filled me up and I wasn't even hungry in the first place when all I had today was a salad and a couple hot wings. I hate panicing. I hate this anxiety. I want to be normal. All I wanna do is sleep I get full so quick and have no appetite. I assume quickly its cancer or I am gonna die soon ! Help

I can pretty much promise there is nothing wrong. I promise you this sounds like stress and anxiety, I suffer the same and am right now. The last couple of days I have felt quite queasy due to my anxiety. It will be ok :). The best thing to do is do something you enjoy, and when you feel low ensure yourself that when the anxiety is destroying, you can destroy it right back!
