Yes I guess tan. The thing is, sometimes I see them and other times I don't. thats why I thought maybe it was a lack of oxygen causing the discoloration. They don't look tan all the time. I was worried that maybe the tan was actually the beginning of blue. I know, Im obsessed with this lol. Last year it was my liver, now its my blood oxygen and lip color. Tomorrow it will be something else probably

Dried out areas of skin maybe? Tan definitely isn't the beginning of blue, the beginning of blue is purple. Red transitioning to blue goes through pink and purple. Just look at a color wheel.

Well anyway, they look totally normal to me. If you hadn't mentioned that you thought there were tan areas, I wouldn't have noticed at all.

Go down a grape popsicle or something similar.  Eat it like a kid would, all lips and all messy.  Then see how purple you'll be.  My kids' pediatrician said that's the kind of blue that worries her, and that it's really hard to tell between a popsicle/otter pop/other blue-purple candy and a circulation problem.  Yours, thankfully, don't look anything like that.

So here is the latest. I know I shouldn't have done this, but I downloaded this app for $3.99 that measures oxygen and pulse. Im checking it all the time, especially when I think I see dark lines. Its always 94% or above. I hope its accurate
