Scared of the good days ... Can anyone relate ?
« on: August 27, 2014, 01:19:10 PM »
I've suffered anxiety and depression for 5 months now and I drive myself crazy by thinking I'm getting psychosis
I drive myself that crazy that when I have a good day and because I'm so used to the bad days .. I perceive the good days as weird and think it's abnormal and think I'm what if this good day is me going crazy and not realising it .... Had anybody else felt this way ??

It is only obvious that when we have good days we imagine that something must be wrong with us. Because our norm is bad days as a rule. So people tend to look for things to be wrong. Because that is what they are used to. Be are allowed a good day or three. Just tell yourself this. That they do happen. Try and enjoy them when you get them.
