It's odd how the body goes from being fine one minute, to a complete wreck the next. I didn't have problems with dizziness or other anxiety symptoms until I had my very first panic attack on 3/18/13. After that, it's like something broke in my brain. I had all sorts of tests ran, but nothing conclusive was found. I still struggle, and actually had a minor anxiety episode just driving to the bank an hour ago. I cancelled the rest of today's plans so I can rest and recharge. It's so frustrating, but it's what we have to endure.
