Hi Matt. I am sorry that you are going through this. As you can see from all the posts, you are not alone. There is hope. I have had GAD all my life that I can remember. I have worried about everything under the sun including all the health issues you mentioned. I finally got the courage to go to therapy last year. I went for about 6 months. I am much better though I have still have some bad days with anxiety, but it is usually less intense and doesn't last as long as before. I haven't taken meds for it, though I am on a beta blocker for migraines, which does help with some of the physical symptoms. I may try other meds one day, but I worry when I take new meds (what a shock). Anyway, if you haven't tried therapy, give it a try. Don't give up hope. Things can get better.
