OMG yes, yes, absolutely yes. I was just thinking about this. I've always been a perfectionist but have gotten worse in the last few years and so has my hypochondria. I truly think SOME of my hypochondria (not all, cause I've always had it) has something to do with always wanting everything to be perfect and work as it should, never having anything wrong. Even if something just doesn't feel right, it bothers me and I obsess over it till it goes away. I HATE it. I think for some people, there is a definite connection between the two.
