HI :action-smiley-065:

I still have them but I know all about how to get rid of them but they seem to love me lol.

Learning what the source is like what started them or what are the triggers.
Facing the Fear head on and do not run from it because it only grows stronger.
Breathing Right
Stay Busy
Use Distraction
Positive Thinking
DO NOT GOOGLE!
Therapy
Sometimes Meds but try beating them without meds if you can.
Self Talk- Tell yourself they can NOT hurt you and they wont kill you.
Exercise
Eat Right
Drink lots of water
Hobbies
Keep driving don't stop or give up just keep driving !
There are more and as you read the forums you will learn more .

Good Luck you will beat them I just don't work hard enough and I do have some health problems.
Peace

Welcome to the forum. Good to have you as a member. Here you are with like minded people. People who understand. As we all suffer from something or other. So feel free to ask any questions. Our members are always willing to help others out. Good chatroom too. 3 posts to enter the room.

Find the correct section of the forum that suits your condition and create a new topic on it. This is just a welcome section. Never really get the same amount of help in this section as you would on the other sections of the forums. So whatever one suits the questions you are asking. Get much better answers.
All users of the chatroom must be 18 years old or over. The room is off limits to anybody under the age of 18.

Hey ALLINTHEMIND,

Wow only if I had the answer life would be so much easer for the millions of people that deal with panic attacks like my self. Like TyeDyedButterfly said self talk is a great way to keep the panic attack from going full blow and self reassuring yourself that you WILL NOT DIE. I know from personal experiences that I felt death was knocking on the door but in fact is was just my body and our minds triggering all these symptoms.

For me medication has helped but speak with your doctor on what is best for you. Also exercise is great because if Im not mistaken it boost serotonin levels that you need to help balance your chemical structure in your brain. There are so many things you can do Allinthemind. The best thing to do is NEVER use WebMD.

Best of luck.
