MRI on liver today freaking out!!!

My PCP says unlikely cancer and CT scan Dr says he is 95% sure it is not cancer bit can't help thinking the worst help talk me down

why are you getting an mri on your liver

MOST anxiety occurs on a subconscious level.  JUST because you don't feel consciously anxious or had a day or two of calm doesn't mean your mind & body are relaxed.  It can take months of reduced anxiety before a body goes back to a more non-reactive state

There is a spot on it the Drs say I have a fatty liver and they think the spot is just an area that has not been covered in fat yet im losing my mind. I just know it is cancer

95% is almost saying 100% in Dr. Speak.  Keep in mind Dr's are so paranoid with lawsuits etc. these days, they almost NEVER say 100% on anything....

Keep focusing on the 95 - not the 5 that your mind is leading you to. 

This too shall pass and all will be fine.

no doc says 100%.  95% is as good as a guarantee you get from a doctor.


you don't know it is cancer.  Your "anxiety" does..  and we all know anxiety's track record is abyssmal

I had my MRI and the spot was what they thought it was just a spot that has not been covered by fat no cancer whew!! Thanks for all your comments it helped alot
