Head feels like a balloon floating away
« on: August 21, 2014, 10:14:22 PM »
Head feels like it's filled with helium and I'm being carried away, almost out of body experience. I mean, there's legit pressure pressing from the inside of my skull outwards. Not a headache, just outward pressure. I feel like crap.

Just looking for anybody who has ever felt the same way. If not, I'm going to the hospital.

This is called lightheadedness and it's on of the most common issue for people sufering with anxiety. The pressure on your head is most likely caused by tension in muscles arond the scull.

I can't beleive it! I actually feel better! It will be a long journey, but I'll get there. I'll get my life back!
