Rescue Remedy for dp/dr?
« on: August 21, 2014, 09:11:52 PM »
I just purchased Rescue Remedy today and I've taken two doses of it already and it seems to have grounded me a little bit,
however of course it's not a miracle worker and can't cure my depersonalization and derealization but it's helping slightly.
Has anyone else taken Rescue Remedy and had success with it?
Or does anyone have any tips on how to move forward when you have DP/DR issues/success stories of getting rid of it?

It's something you can get at health good stores. It's a liquid that you put on your tongue (four drops of it as many times as you need it) And it's l natural so it won't mess with your medications or anything.
A lot of people use it (a lot of celebs too). And it's pretty helpful.

It is a variation on homeopathic remedies. Basically they soak flower petals in a 50:50 brandy and water mix and then dilute the liquid many, many times before bottling it in small vials. In others words, it is merely water and alcohol probably no longer containing a single molecule from the flowers plus a fancy name and price which sometimes eases mild anxiety and depression for a while thanks to the placebo effect.

NOTE: I'm not a doctor, and particularly not yours, so there may be factors I'm unaware of. Therefore all advice is of a general nature and you should consult your doctor before following any of it, especially before changing med doses.
