Sharp Constant Pain in Foot!
« on: August 21, 2014, 10:16:30 AM »
When I got out of bed this morning I almost screamed because the second I put pressure on my left foot and took a step I got an extremely sharp pain in my foot. I thought maybe my foot had fallen asleep when I had been in bed so I tried walking around the house yet the pain is persisting. If I don't put any pressure on it (and I'm just laying down) then there's no pain. It's only when I stand up/walk around that the pain becomes severe.

I'm trying not to freak out. Does anyone know what this could possibly be from?

It could just be a Charlie horse aka a tight muscle cramp/knot. They hurt like heck but are harmless. Just try and massages your foot.
It'll be fine.
Since you didn't do anything prior to possibly cause this I'm sure that's what's going on.
