my flight is today-

send good mojo for no anxiety provoking situations on the long flight so i can enjoy a few relaxing days with my hubby.

things i'm worried about
ebola
stomach bug
son being ok while we're gone
house issues

things on my mind but not worried
dvt
plane crash

we leave in a couple of hours....any encouragment would be appreciated

MOST anxiety occurs on a subconscious level.  JUST because you don't feel consciously anxious or had a day or two of calm doesn't mean your mind & body are relaxed.  It can take months of reduced anxiety before a body goes back to a more non-reactive state
