Woken up with really bad neck pain
« on: August 19, 2014, 09:52:29 PM »
I've just woken up with the worst neck pain which is also a headache in the back of my head. My mind is running over time now. Is my neck pain causing my headache?

You probably just slept in an awkward position at some point during the night. And the neck pain is most likely causing the headache. Do some neck rolls and deep breathing! It'll be ok!

Happens to me frequently. Sounds like you have a bit of a tension headache there!
