BUGS please help if you have any advice

Every bug completely disgusts me and paralyzes me.  ALL bugs terrify me-from ants to bees to flies but spiders are the absolute worst.  I hate the way they move and everything about them.  It's really affecting my life.  I can't even eat outside with my family for a bbq.  Even if someone kills a bug in a room I can't go in the room for at least a day.  This has lead to me sleeping on the couch numerous nights.  I am a nanny and I really need to get this under control because I know the children notice it and I don't want them to be scared too.  Yesterday I was watching a nine month old baby and I was pushing him in his swing and a spider starting crawling down the rope and I just couldn't even move to stop it from getting on him.  I'm afraid one will be on him and I won't be able to touch it and it will bite him. 

Do any of you share this?  Any advice PLEASE!?

You can go to a therapist who could help you with this.  He/she might tell you to imagine being with bugs and touching them.  Then expose you to real bugs.  Try it.
