YAY!! At Wal Mart coping fine!
« on: August 02, 2014, 07:10:41 AM »
I am actually braving the crowd at Wal Mart on a Saturday without needing to take breaks outside!! I used to be 390 lbs and had to use an electric cart to go around the store!! It feels GREAT to walk around, doing my shopping for 45-50 mins without SEVERE pain! I have a bad problem with the joint between my hip, pelis and spine but the weight loss makes it bareable-I've lost 65 lbs!!-No more being harrassed with fat jokes every time I go around the store because I'm walking, NOT riding now.

Congrats ! Awesome ! Yippie!!

Way to go and keep it up so happy to read that you made it this far and continued success!! Walmart alone is a task for us that have anxiety and even for those that don't ! I love Walmart myself but I panic in there and my head along with my back hurts me so I freak out but I also have agoraphobia but I do go every so often . Losing 65 lbs wow! I need to lose weight myself and as far as people making fun of others doesn't matter what you weigh or what you wear or anything because People can just be rude and nasty because they are miserable on the inside and do not want to see their own flaws and no one is perfect.

Keep up the good work and if at times you do need to set down and ride do it and don't let what others think or say bother you come up with witty come backs like I do , do what you are doing for You okay and no one else.!
I LOVE YOUR USERNAME!  Jesus is the Man !

Take care. Peace

 Things DO get better and my success has all (every bit) been BECAUSE OF JESUS! I have tapered off Methadone, lost 65 lbs, started getting out MUCH more AND FINALLY STABILIZED ON MEDS! I did this all in 12-14 months and I couldn't have done it alone so Jesus is the only explanation!!

Congrats!  You have an awesome attitude.

Now, head over to Ikea. LOL  That place is like a huge maze.  Horrible store for us that suffer from anxiety and panic attacks.
