Thanks again ceh!
And that's good to hear regular headaches can cause it too. Its not every time either....I'm happy I'm in less pain today though. I've noticed straining my neck in a certain position can cause it.

I'm still terrified, I have to stop googling. I head coughing can make a brain tumor hurt.

yes you DO need to stop googling.  you are ONLY harming your well being by doing that.

I get headaches that hurt when I cough or have bm's or when bending over..  I've had headaches that make me nauseated.  or made worse by light or smells.  MOST of my headaches or one sided ones.

if you look stuff up online IT WILL MAKE YOU FEELL WORSE.  You know that. so if you do it, do it at your own peril.

MOST anxiety occurs on a subconscious level.  JUST because you don't feel consciously anxious or had a day or two of calm doesn't mean your mind & body are relaxed.  It can take months of reduced anxiety before a body goes back to a more non-reactive state

You're right, thanks sixpack. I really needed that. I have to stop thinking about this and realize its merely a headache.
