Been treating anxiety more agressively helping the twitching. Now my leg twitches are almost non existent. But I do get some upper body twitches
and my shoulders still feel stiff and tense too often making me afraid of A**. I'm not sure if they are "weak" but definitely tense all the time. I've also changed up my workout habits. I was doing a real intense workout with a trainer once a week. It was good but for like 3-4 days the recovery involved increases in twitching and muscle tension throughout body. Now I am doing 30 mins of cardio 3-4 times per week and taking a break from the once a week hardcore resistance training. For some reason my body just doesn't like this at this point.
So a bit better but still very afraid of A**. Cleared by neurologist in clinical exam in April, waiting for EMG (I pushed for) in Sept.
