Oh Yes and isn't it fun!! No not really and scary!!  I feel it everyday and it stinks but I do know it is from anxiety , not breathing right, tension, setting to long, body and neck posture all due to my anxiety and so many people on here have the same thing going on so watch your breathing and make sure you don't use poor posture. Do some stretching for your muscles too that helps.

Take care , you need to get the anxiety under control and you will see that dizziness or light headed feeling also like you are tipping over get a lot better and be gone totally!

Same here!! :) Luckilly, it's getting under control and I feel better every day. So it is definitely possible to get rid of it.

I was quite a creative guy. I was drawing all the time and writing poems and songs... But something was wrong. I was worrying a lot about everything. And one day, it turned me into state of emptyness and hopelessness. I hope, I'll get my life back, at some point in the future...

First of all, I accept it as part of my anxiety problems. At the start, I was really scared of it, but as soon, as I realised, that it's not dangerous, I stared to feel much better. Then I tried to just walk around and see, how I feel. And I actually feel better every day. At the start it was really hard to even get out of bed for me, but now I feel almost normal. The most important thing is to accept, that it's not dangerous thing. It's just your brain playing tricks at you.
