I haven't had good sleep the last couple of days because of my dogs and my son. I noticed that my anxiety is way worse since this started. I feel sort of dizzy but not off balance or anything and the normal anxiety symptoms, racing heart, poor concentration, and derealization. Does being sleep deprived cause it's own symptoms? What are they? I don't want to look it up because I know it'll just scare me. Does it just make anxiety worse? How do you distinguish the two and find out what is causing what symptoms.
