I am just curious, and for how long it has lasted?

I have been lightheaded/spacey for like 11 years, but really feeling horribly spaced out like.... im like through a glass bowl with tight eyes for the last 5 months, every single day. Feel lost, feel like im not even walking even though I am? Strange. Just wondering what yours is like.

Yes it is a good site. I also would like to know what these "bursts" of adrenalin in my head are randomly throughout the day. Not anxious. Watching tv, no problem And it feels like an aneursym for 2 seconds then goes away.

I'm not sure. But I know it's not an anerysm cause those happen fast. And you get a killer headache. Is it sorta like a head spin or head rush?

That's the feelings I get too. It's like a dizzy head feeling. Like a head rush type feeling. Feels like the inside of my head is spinning. I just posted about this earlier. But I don't feel like I will faint. I don't know what that feels like anyway to feel faint. I hope I never do. Fainting is another fear for me.

are you on any long term meds or just as needed meds like xanax?

just curious because you sure do post a lot of stuff!

not saying that is bad but medication does help severe cases of anxiety
