I have anxiety (Hypochondria and maybe a little bit of OCD) and I suffer from no hunger which is annoying for it feels very disgusting to eat food or look at it. I found something that has helped me each and every time, it's peppermint tea. I don't know if it wil help you but it has helped me, I might as well say results may vary!  :laugh3:

Yes, I've found that peppermint tea has been great for my stomach :)

The peppermint tea helps get my hunger back and helps me not be too annoyed from the textures of things I eat everyday like bread.

Smalm....Peppermint tea really is a great appetite stimulant!

It's also great for people with post nasal drip/allergies and phlegm. It helps thin the mucus.  :party0006:

And awesome for an upset stomach.....
