Has anyone ever done this?
« on: July 05, 2014, 02:06:02 AM »
So I get frustrated with my numbness dizziness tingling nonstop shortness of breath and pains all over, I usually take walks 3-5 times a week to get some exercise and sun. Anyways, some days my shortness of breath gets bad with dizziness and legs tingling and skipped beats that I get pissed and start running vigorously to force a heart attack or stroke or whatever it is that's causing this. Yeah, anxiety just laughs at me as I collapse :(

Have you seen a doctor and if so, what did he say?

The fact that you've seen multiple doctors and they have all concluded that it's anxiety is GREAT news because it means it's anxiety and not something seriously wrong.

Keep walking because in the long run that will help with the anxiety.  For the palps make sure you are hydrated (not coffee/soda), eat plenty of lean protein and a banana a day will help regulate your heartbeat.

If you ever think you're actually having a heart attack - don't run vigorously to try and bring a heart attack on - sorry, but that is just foolishness.  If you think you're having a heart attack dial 911 and wait for assistance.
