getting anxious

I keep getting anxious any time I eat something I know is bad for me like foods that have alot of fat. Is it normal to be anxious before eating these kinds of foods.

Some people have it in their heads that they must look a certain way. Body wise. To do that certain types of food are bad. According to the mind. Bit like feeling guilty after eating something you think is bad for you. Only in your case you get anxious. Allow yourself the odd treat. Which may mean junk food. Tell yourself it is fine to eat these things. Once your mind accepts this, your anxiety might not be as bad.

Its not having a problem with my body though. I just feel like something with my heart will happen when I eat fatty foods.
