I know how ya feel. It's just stupid ***** I hope the book on hypochondria helps me. I'm supposed to get it in the mail today. 5 months have gone by already. It was bad enough when I got this sinus and allergies issue, but my anxiety just had to make it all worse. And now it's me trying to decide what's causing the symptoms. Or if it's still both together. It's a hell of a struggle. I'm so over it.

Having another crap day just fed up of feeling ill because whether it's anxiety or not I feel crap the majority of the time and have done for months and months now. Today I have a headache like squeezing feeling around my head and feel dizzy. Just got over gastritis, not feeling as worried about my heart yet I still have to wake up with a headache which has remained all day. Earlier I couldn't find my words and felt migranous; I've had an MRI and ct so pretty certain it's not a tumour but I just want to feel like I used to feel. Right now I want to disappear as I am so frigging fed up of not only the mental symptoms and fear but the physical ones too. This is not a life. I'm 27 and just brought a new house with my perfect boyfriend yet I am so fed up. Who am I? Where did this person come from and why me?

I feel the same way. My anxiety has been at an all time high. Just know you are not alone. Reading the boards is actually the only thing that has relaxed me all day, because I can talk to people that I can relate to. So sorry you are feeling so awful. I hope things get better soon.

I JUST WANTED PEOPLE TO KNOW THAT THERE IS HOPE.  I WAS ON XANAX FOR 5 TO 6 YEARS.  I WAS TAKING 2MG A DAY 4 X A DAY.  I FELT LIKE A ZOMBIE, I WAS ALWAYS TIRED.  SOMETHING HAD TO GIVE.  THEN I GOT A DWI, YES A DWI FOR BEING ON XANAX AND DRIVING MY CAR.  I LOST MY TEACHING JOB, AND HAD TO GET A LAWYER.  SOMETHING HAD TO GIVE.  I DECIDED TO WEAN OFF OF XANAX AND CAN SAY IVE BEEN OFF OF IT FOR 8 MONTHS.  EVERYONE TELLS ME I LOOK SO MUCH BETTER NOWADAYS.  COMING OFF OF XANAX WAS ONE OF THE HARDEST THINGS IVE EVER DONE.  I MADE EXCUSE AFTER EXCUSE WHY I SHOULD STAY ON IT, BUT AFTER WHAT HAPPENED TO ME, THAT WAS ROCK BOTTOM AND ENOUGH WAS ENOUGH WITH TAKING XANAX CONSTANTLY. I QUIT IN OCTOBER 2014 AND HAD TO HAVE MY MOM STAY W ME IN MY HOUSE @38 YEARS OLD BC I WAS AFRAID TO BE BY MYSELF AND SOMETIMES OR ACTUALLY A LOT OF TIMES WOULD BE UP ALL NIGHT AND IF I DID FALL ASLEEP FOR 2 HOURS WOULD WAKE UP THINKING I WAS GOING TO DIE.  FOR THE FIRST TIME IN  MY LIFE I TURNED TO GOD AND STARTED TO PRAY TO MAKE THE WITHDRAWLS OF COMING OFF XANAX EASIER.  IT WAS THE HARDEST THING I HAD TO DO, BUT SO WORTH IT.  MIGHT LOSE MY HOUSE BC I HAD TO QUIT MY JOB LAST YEAR, BUT STILL SO GLAD TO BE OFF OF IT.  NOW I AM TRYING TO FIND OUT WHY I HAD THESE PANICK ATTACKS IN THE FIRST PLACE.  I WAS IN A PRETTY BAD CAR WRECK LAST WEEK, BUT THEY GAVE ME SOME MEDICATION FOR INFLAMATION AND SOMETHING FOR MY BACK.  WITHIN A DAY MY HEAD DIDNT FEEL SO HEAVY ANYMORE AND I HAVE BEEN ABLE TO THINK CLEARLY FOR THE FIRST TIME IN TEN OR MORE YEARS.  I GOOGLED THE INFLAMATION MEDICINE AND CROSS REFERENCED IT WITH DISESASES WITH INFLAMMATION AND THERE ARE SO MANY REASONS WHY SOMEONE CAN HAVE A PANICK ATTACK AND ONE OF THESE IS LYME DISEASE, WHICH I AM GOING TO GET TESTED FOR .
