Yess!! This is horribly late but it comes and goes and I hate it I wish I could eat normally again without worrying if I'll choke or something

OMG! Yes!! Totally! It has been happening to me for almost a month now! Supposedly it's acid reflux/anxiety/sinuses but my hypochondriac self doesn't believe it. In my mind, it's something awful! It's soooooooooooo annoying! Thankfully I'm seeing an ENT on Monday at 1:30 and hopefully can have some of my ominous fears put to rest.
These swallowing troubles are very, very common amongst us anxious people so that should give us some comfort. I know so many people who have had these problems with their throats and swallowing. You are not alone. It's my most frightening and annoying symptom right now. I hope you get to feeling better soon!
