« on: July 02, 2014, 03:17:22 AM »
Hi all, I'm back... Again.

This time its stroke fear.

All day I've been getting stabbing pain in my eyes (i'be gotten pain before but its worse this time) and head. My neck also hurts and I've been getting weird feeling in my arms. I'm really scared right now and just looking for help.

not a stroke

question:  other than your anxious thinking saying "stroke" to you,  what are your actual risk factors?

MOST anxiety happens at the subconscious level.  JUST because you don't feel consciously anxious or had a day or two of calm doesn't mean your mind & body are relaxed.  It can take months of reduced anxiety before a body goes back to a more non-reactive state.

You probably have pulled a muscle.. I would try to relax, I know that it is easier said then done.
