I'm on vacation all week! Hurrah. I'm celebrating both my birthday -- AND my recovery from Generalized Anxiety Disorder.
Of course I must also manage my GAD. How? I will continue to take my klonopin regularly, do yoga, chanting, practice the lessons of
ACT therapy. And I am now an official organizer of my own Meetup group for GAD sufferers and survivors. It is my hope I can share with others
challenged by GAD some of the life lessons I learned over this past year.
Another good thing, I'm having a friend come in from out of town on Friday for a mini slumber party. As part of my bday celebration.
And I'm hard at work on a magical novel about hope that I hope will inspire people and make them more hopeful.
