Omg yes I love it I have been hooping for over a year!! People think it's silly but f them hehe I used to be that way too haha I sucked at it for the longest time :) it gets easier with time

I like this thread. Redapple I can so relate to you. I went off Prozac and I started having the worst spells still not sure what they were. I am trying to get back on meds but having a time. I am on 100 mg Zoloft for 2 wks

1 got hair cut
2 walked on tread mill
3 had a better day yesterday

1. Got up feeling "normal" (what a concept!) :laugh3:

2. Motivated (taking action and getting things done)

3. Excited about going back to the new acupuncturist later. (huge for me because up until last week, I still felt I had a certain "safe zone" of how far I could go from home. I'm not "mile counting") :winking0008:

4. Not obsessing about anything :bigsmile:

I got up and went to work today after missing the past two days!

And my dog, a half-feral rescue I adopted two weeks ago, came up behind me and licked my legs this morning. Then she almost let me touch her!  ;D
