morning anxiety

Ive been having BT fear for a few weeks now and because of this fear, i havent been able to sleep well. I only sleep for 4 hrs and right when i open my eyes, my anxiety kicks in and cant go back to sleep. Does anyone have tips on what i can do?

Hello, sorry to be ignorant but what is BT?  I think you should consult your doctor, have him refer you to a therapist.  Maybe a psychiatrist, he can give you medications to help you relax at night.  Not necessarily sleeping pills, but like Xanax to help you fall asleep and stay asleep.  Have you gone to the doctor?
