Anxiety episodes
« on: June 30, 2014, 01:33:42 AM »
I have had anxiety for about 10 years now, its always there but sometimes its really REALLY bad then back to normal.

Does anyone else go through this?

Its like if I over step my boundaries then the anxiety comes back with major vengeance and don't return to normal for days or weeks at a time..

I think a lot of people set invisible markers. With some they can only go so far from their homes. Others might be only able to stand a certain amount of people in places. A safety cut off point. If they go beyond that it can step their anxiety up a bit more than normal. Then it may take a week or so to calm right back down again. This would be normal with a lot of anxiety sufferers. They know their limits. Though I always say to try and push yourself beyond your limits. Over time you will be able to do so much more.
