I heard my spine "pop" while I was doing yoga, and I had to stop because I started having pain. Now this one area (one vertebra, I guess?) has a nagging pain that gets worse if I sit or lie down. Is this a normal injury, or should I see someone about it? I was thinking about going to a chiropractor, but am afraid it might be something bad, and they will make it worse... and I probably won't be able to get a doctor's appointment until the middle of next week.
Anyone had this problem? Advice/experiences? It feels like there's a stick poking me in the back constantly :\
