So far I have not felt any relief! :(

My head forehead was tight yesterday and eyes and felt dizzy headed a bit just laying down. I pressed my forehead and it feels sore and has mild pain. My cheeks hurt too after pressing them. So it would not surprise me if this first sinus infection didn't clear up. I'm going to be calling my ent office and seeing if she will call me in another round of antibiotics. I bet if I could stay on them for a month it would knock this out.  I have a friend who's husband has them lots of times thru out the year. And he has to stay on strong antibiotics for a few weeks in order to get rid of it. It's so miserable. Nose is still a bit congested in the mornings with clear snot. Steriod spray helps that. I'm trying to drink lots of water also to thin muscus. I hate it. Trying to tell my mind and body to chill out cause sometimes my head feels so tight it triggers my anxiety. My forehead hurts now a bit just cause I pressed over my eye. I don't think the infection ever truly went away.
