I'm back with deja vu problems

Not been on here for a couple of weeks. Having major problems still with deja vu feelings, things have taken a turn for the worse. Throughout the day I keep getting random flashbacks of dream memories popping into my mind from nothing, also these deja vu feelings won't be just flashbacks they sometimes happen that I have been through same situation before when I couldn't have. I am so scared it could be seizures what is the difference between epileptic deja vu and normal deja vu?

Seriously I need some proper advice from someone who has been through this or suffers epilepsy

I have been trough many simillar fears, it is anxiety, anxiety can cause just about 95% of symptoms... It is anxiety, you are fine :)

you know my daughter has a severe seizure disorder.  so i know about seizures.
 you've had all of the pertinent testing.  I know you think something was missed.  However, that is the product of your anxiety disorder. 

You will not get to feeling better until you quit obsessing over the deja vu etc, etc.  all the stuff that you have convinced yourself are seizures are actually quite common anxiety symptoms.

Now I know you will not believe me.  I know.  there really is nothing---medical tests or anything anyone can say to you here that will convince you.  Unfortunately you are going to have to come to this on your own.

I posted to someone else a week or so ago about seizures.  perhaps you can read that conversation.  Maybe it will help you to think more clearly about this, but IDK

MOST anxiety occurs on a subconscious level.  JUST because you don't feel consciously anxious or had a day or two of calm doesn't mean your mind & body are relaxed.  It can take months of reduced anxiety before a body goes back to a more non-reactive state
