Ahh you should believe them.  For sure.  Those docs are smart cookies.  And those symptoms are all anxiety symptoms as well.  As well as trusting your doctor, trust your body too.  Your body will take care of you.  You have to let your mind give your body the drivers seat though.  And use your mind for something else like living happily and using that powerful imagination to take you away to a nice place ;)

YEa I am trying to trust him.  It's just heard being 2 or so dr's said it was carpel tunnel, one said it was RA, another said it was MS, RA, Lupus, ALS, or cancer, and then 1 said its anxiety.  SO which one do you trust.  As for tomorrow, I plan to play some guitar since I haven't been able to in over a month now.

Man it's funny you mention guitar... My wrist/arm was a little sore earlier and I was kind of tripping out but now I know - I dusted the webs of my les paul and goofed around for an hour or so the other day.. That's it, that's why my arm is sore.. Yeah I know, my technique is off..

I wouldn't go to the one dr who said it was lupus, ms, cancer, etc anymore.  Any dr that says all that without providing some kind of basis should have his license revoked.  Sounds like an ass.

You don't have MS, you know that don't you..

Well i made it through another day of work with little to no pain.  Does this mean for sure it's due to anxiety?

Ughh I made the error of reading up on the differences of MS and Anxiety, and I see they share so much in common.  I do get jolts or shocks as well as muscles twitches, which MS does cause......so now I wonder whether I have anxiety or I have MS causing me anxiety.  Apparently many people with MS suffer from anxiety.  I don't know what to think = (

Idk the emg and nerve conduction came back negative for carpel tunnel.  The neuro and hand specialist said its anxiety.  But now for a week I get a burning pain at times in my arms and legs and feel itchy all over.  When I first got symptoms it was cramping of my right hand followed by numbness and tingling of the right hand, then pain throughout my arm/wrist all the way to my upper arm.  It felt like my circulation was being cut off in my arm if I leaned on it.  Then my left arm got the same way a week later.  I am at times sensitive to the ac as it burns my skin.  I have muscle twitches as well.

ughhh can't get ms out of my head.....but for some reason I feel like anxiety wouldn't of caused all these issues for me when I never was an anxious person before this.
