I had major ear wax build up in my left ear when this began as well. I went to urgent care when I first starting feeling off and they did nothing for me. They said it was wax but not it. And they had a hard time cleaning all the wax out the first visit. They literally hurt my ear so bad it was shooting pains for several days. They then passed it off as swimmers ear. They saw fluid behind my right ear and did nothing for it. They did not check my sinuses like I asked them to. That's why my sinus infection got worse cause I had to wait and see my doctor 4 weeks after suffering and that's when my anxiety just got wirse and worse. It took me until last month to finally be diagnosed by an ent. But by that time the brain tumor fear has taken over.

I never see anything actual spinning. It's more like a dizzy feeling in my head and feels like someone is bouncing it up and down when i look down.  My eyes don't always feel jumpy. It's only when my head feels like it's bouncing. I can wake up and feel off. Like I can't breathe and feel so stuffy sometimes. And I can feel stuff in my nose like moving or making weird squeaky noises. Hard to explain. It's just so miserable.

Thanks. So this also helps when allergies bother our ears?

Well it won't help with the pain or the congestion in your ears and such, but my ENT doctor said that it can help the feeling of imbalance to feel less and less intrusive, to happen less frequently, and to go away quicker when it does happen. The first thing you will probably notice though is that it will help you to function better even when you do have the feelings of imbalance and such. It doesn't have immediate results, but the more you do it the more it's supposed to help. I did it until I was able to get out more and do other things like going for short hikes and whatnot, which has been even more helpful.

Ok. I will give it a try. Thanks.

It happens now and then and it's so hard to tell now if it's allergies or just anxiety. I do tend to focus a lot on my head and stuff when I walk. Monitoring. :(

Yeah, it's supposed to help with that sort of thing because it helps build confidence in your neural pathways so that your body and brain sort of learn how to trust one another again.

Sounds good.

Do you ever feel like you are simply dying?  Like just no energy. Sweat all the time and just feel off? That's how I feel. My appetite has not been good either.

Yep, I have. Lately I have been doing pretty good about keeping most of my symptoms in check except for the imbalance thing which is a hard one to really move on from because it continues even after I get my anxiety more or less under control, and it can bring my anxiety right back again. It's a hard cycle. But there have been plenty of times that I felt like I was dying. No appetite, sleepy all the time, sick to my stomach constantly, etc. Just remind yourself that those times don't last forever. They really won't. There will be better days ahead and it's important to look forward to them.

I was feeling pretty good and hopeful a few days ago now in having bad days again. I've never had Heath anxiety this bad ever. I just feel like my body is wanting to shut down. I hate feeling so off. It's frightening. My mom keeps on saying that maybe I should be in the hospital or see my dr.  But I don't know what they can do for me. They won't do anymore head scans I'm sure. My blood work was all good in march and I don't know if my blood pressure is low or anything like that now from laying down so much. I know allergies can make people feel really unwell. So add anxiety to the mix and I guess that will make anyone feel like they are dying.  Plus I just finished my menstrual cycle so maybe it's my crazy hormones. I know I always feel more anxious stressed before during and after. I'm also starting to wonder if I have an inner ear infection but I hear people with that see spinning constantly.  My ent was sure it was allergies and my sinuses were clearing up. Maybe I have another sinus infection. It's hard to say what it is anymore.   I just know if I could toss this anxiety to the trash none of these feelings or thoughts would matter. They wouldn't phase me a bit.
